- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The stand out worst practice in all of Carlisle if not the entire North West. Expect rude staff, to be waiting on hold for 20 plus minutes for even the most mundane queries (honestly, everytime, whatever the hour), to never receive an in person doctor's appointment for the rest of your days (won't be that long at this practice, one of the few positives actually) and at best, to only ever receive the promise of a "telephone appointment" which you will almost certainly receive after 6pm, the day later, especially if you ring up at 8am sharp.
