Literally, nothing but animal abuse. The animals keep trying to get out of their small tanks/aquarium. The animals are lonely, & are kept in tiny enclosures with literally nothing to do but eat and sleep. The animals were so bored that they looked as if they had no will to live During my visit, some animals looked driven crazy, because of the rubbish care taken of them.

Me and my partner have just been to this store to buy our new dwarf hamsters, Ant and Dec. They were in their small area together and presented as brothers to be sold as a "package". When buying my new pets, I was told absolutely no any information on my little pets (I don't have my own knowledge on dwarf hamsters so assumed there wasn't anything special I had to know besides feeding and cleaning). They let me walk away with these tiny little life's without any advice. I got home and they seemed pretty settled until the next day, I found my tiny wee hamsters were attacking eachother. Constantly. Scared for their well being, I tried to phone the shop; unable to actually find the number! I had no choice but to separate for a hour or so, then when they were back in their cage, everything was okay until I went to work and came home to Ant covered in his and Dec's blood. Ant now has a massive cut just above his nose and cuts on his side and Dec has a small chunk out of his ear that's missing. Now having to buy a new cage to keep them separate I've spoken to a couple of people on soical media who couldn't be any nicer and honest, telling me 9/10 males shouldn't live together, how they will always fight, some until death. How I should be giving them wood to protect their teeth, fruit to keep them healthy besides their normal food and water. Im only finding out now that my two wee hamsters should never have lived together. I find it absolutely disgusting that I was allowed to walk away with this tiny wee lives led to believe they would be safe and happy living together, only for them to be stressed, aggressive, unhappy and in pain, including what will soon be scars. I feel as thou when you buy a new pet you should have a consultation with a member of staff on taking care of your new pet some do's and dont's to keep them happy and safe. I feel as thou absolutely no one in this shop had this knowledge in the first place thou as they recommended a bigger cage for them both to live in when they shouldn't be living together at all. I now have two very small, fragile, scared dwarf hamsters that are going to be physically scarred for life.
